Broccoli risotto with three cheeses

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 2 cups of Broccoli Eva® Bits
  • 1/2 cup of Edam cheese
  • 1/2 cup of Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese
  • Parsley
  • Parmesan

Preparation:

1.Heat a pot over medium heat with the whole milk, add the cornstarch and cook until it thickens. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Taste seasoning.

2.Add the Broccoli Eva® Bits and cook for about 5 minutes or until cooked.

3.Add the cheeses to the previous preparation and continue cooking over low heat until they melt, rectify seasoning.

4.Garnish with fresh parsley and a little gratin Parmesan cheese.
