Poblano Rice
Ingredients:
- 1/8 piece of onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 pieces of poblano pepper deveined, brown, sweaty and skinless
- 1/2 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 3 cups of Broccoli Eva Bits
- 1 cup of poblano rajas
Preparation:
1.Blend the onion with the garlic, the poblano peppers, the broth and the salt until you get a mixture.
2.In a saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat and cook the Broccoli Eva Bits for a few minutes. Add the previous mixture and the slices, cook over low heat until the liquid is consumed.
3.Correct seasoning and serve.
