Broccoli and Cauliflower Yakimeshi
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of soybean oil
- 1/4 of piece of onion
- 1/2 cup of carrots
- 2 cups of Cauliflower Eva® Bits
- 3 cups of Broccoli Eva® Bits
- 1/4 of cup of bell pepper
- 1/2 cup of green peas
- 1/4 of cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
Preparation
1.Heat a wok or deep skillet over medium heat with the oil. Cook the onion until transparent, add the garlic and carrots and cook for about three minutes.
2.Add the Cauliflower Eva® Bits and Broccoli Eva® Bits and cook for a few minutes, continue with the peppers and peas.
Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, cook for about 5 minutes and mix very well.
