
Grapefruit cocktail with watermelon
Description:
Prepare this fresh grapefruit cocktail with watermelon, made with natural grapefruit concentrate that gives it an intense flavor; watermelon, tequila and lemon juice.
Tequila is a distillate of Mexican origin with a designation of origin that is produced in the states of Jalisco, Guanajuato, Michoacán, Tamaulipas and Nayarit.
Obtained from Tequilana Weber agave blue variety.
You can find it white, “reposado” or aged. Prepare this cocktail with the tequila you like the most.

Presentation: Serve in glasses frosted with lemon and sugar. Garnish with watermelon and lemon.
Tip: If you want a lower calorie version, use light grapefruit soda.

- 1 Piece of Yellow lemon sliced, to frost
- 2 tablespoons of refined sugar for frosting
- 1 Cup of Watermelon
- ¼ Cup of Lemon Juice
- C / N Ice
- 4 Ounces Vita + ® grapefruit pouch (2 oz each)
- 3 Ounces Tequila (1 ½ oz each)
- 2 Yellow Lemon Slices
- C / N Grapefruit soda
- 2 Slices Watermelon to decorate
Preparation method:
1.- Frost the glasses by passing through yellow lemon slices and sugar. Reserve..
2.- Blend the watermelon with the yellow lemon juice and strain to obtain a smooth mixture. Strain.
3.- Place some ice in the glasses and add the concentrated Vita + ® grapefruit pouch, the tequila and mix. Add a slice of yellow lemon, the watermelon juice, fill with the grapefruit soda and decorate with a slice of watermelon.
