Orange jelly snack with Yoghurt

Description: Prepare an easy and delicious snack to take anywhere.

Ideal for mid-morning due to its orange jelly with mango pieces.

The best part is that you can prepare it at any time of the year, even when it is not mango season.

You only need 6 ingredients to prepare it.

Preparation time: 20 min

Servings: 2

Presentation: Decorate with whipped cream and more fresh fruit.

Tip: Prepare this snack in the same glass as the cups.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Pieces of mango Cups with Orange Juice Vita + ®
  • 1 Sachet of Grenetina 7g
  • ¼ Cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon of orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons of granola

Preparation method:

1.- For the jelly, separate the fruit juice from the mango cups with Vita + ® orange juice.

2.- Add the jelly to the orange juice and let it hydrate completely. Melt in the microwave for 5 seconds. Reserve.

3.- Pour ¾ parts of the fruit that you separated into two glasses and fill with the orange jelly. Refrigerate until completely set.

4.- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the vanilla and the orange zest.

5.- Once the gelatin is set, add the yogurt, granola and finish with the remaining fruit. Enjoy.
