Jicama Tacos with Beetroot

Ingredients

  • 1 clam of Eva® Beet Noodles (300 g)
  • ¼ cup of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • Salt (REPETIDO)
  • Pepper
  • 1 Piece of avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon of cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • ½ cup of tomato diced
  • 1 piece of habanero (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons of red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 piece of mango (diced)
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 12 pieces of jicama leaves
  • Cilantro (fresh, to decorate)
