
Low Carb Burger
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 6 leaves of French Lettuce Eva®
- 6 slices of Manchego cheese
- 2 pieces of sliced tomato
- 1 piece of sliced avocado
- 1/2 kg of ground beef
- 1/2 kg of ground pork
- 1/2 piece of cel = bun finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of coriander finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of chopped olives
- 3 tablespoons of mustard
- 3 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1/2 cup of ground bread
- 2 pieces of egg
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of pepper
Preparation:
1.In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the hamburger meat.
2.Shape the patties with your hands.
3.In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry each hamburger until cooked. Drain on absorbent paper.
4.Open the lettuce leaves and place the meat inside, a slice of cheese, slices of tomato and avocado, close and offer.
