Low Carb Burger

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 6 leaves of French Lettuce Eva®
  • 6 slices of Manchego cheese
  • 2 pieces of sliced tomato
  • 1 piece of sliced avocado
  • 1/2 kg of ground beef
  • 1/2 kg of ground pork
  • 1/2 piece of cel = bun finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of chopped olives
  • 3 tablespoons of mustard
  • 3 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 1/2 cup of ground bread
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon of pepper

Preparation:

1.In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the hamburger meat.

2.Shape the patties with your hands.

3.In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry each hamburger until cooked. Drain on absorbent paper.

4.Open the lettuce leaves and place the meat inside, a slice of cheese, slices of tomato and avocado, close and offer.
