Lettuce Dip with Blue Cheese and Cranberries

  1. Ingredients:
    • 2 packages of cream cheese (190g) softened
    • 3/4 of cup of sour cream
    • 1 package of Blue cheese (100g) crumbled
    • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
    • 1 cup of Trio Eva® Lettuce finely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt

    Preparation:

    1.In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the sour cream and the Blue cheese until you get a homogeneous mixture.

    2.Add the blueberries, the Trio Eva® Lettuce and the parsley, then season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Reserve.

    3.Hollow out the rustic bread and serve the dip on the inside.

    4.Serve.
