Mezcla los Bits de Coliflor Eva con el queso crema en un bowl.
Cubre el alga con la mezcla de coliflor, presionando ligeramente con las manos. Cuida de dejar un pequeño espacio en el borde, para poder enrollar.
Coloca láminas de aguacate, mango, salmón o atún y cierra formando un rollo de sushi, con un poco de agua pega barnizando el borde del alga y sella muy bien.
Corta el rollo con un cuchillo muy filoso y acompaña con ponzu y tampico y sirva.
